PROGRAM & OPERATIONS LEADER

I turn complex challenges into systems people can actually execute.

I design programs, improve operations, develop high-performing teams, and translate strategy into sustainable execution.

I BUILD AT THE INTERSECTION OF

People, systems, and execution.

The best solutions account for both the work and the people doing it. I create clear structures, shared ownership, and practical tools that help teams move from intention to sustained performance.

04

Enable

Give people clarity, access, support and room to execute.

05

Measure

Make progress visible and use evidence to evaluate performance.

ABOUT

Systems matter. People matter more.

I started my career in mathematics education, but the problems I became most interested in were rarely confined to a classroom. Across progressively broader leadership roles, I’ve applied that foundation to program management, operations, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development—work where complex challenges require both strong systems and strong human relationships.

My leadership philosophy is simple: give people clarity, useful systems, appropriate authority, meaningful feedback, and the resources to execute. Then remove barriers and trust capable people to do good work.

“Good systems create the conditions for good people to do great work.”
